Grouping Data

To group data in a list: 1. Click the column header for the column by whiich you would like to group the list.   2. While holding down the mouse button, drag the column to the Group By Panel.   3. Drop the column header on the Group By Panel by releasing the mouse button.
The list is now grouped by the selected column.

Notes: · To show the Group By Panel, click Group By Panel on the View menu.   · To group data by multiple columns, drag and drop the columns to the Group By Panel.   · You can drag columns from the Column Chooser to the Group By Panel. To show the Column Chooser, click Column Chooser on the View menu.   · To remove a group, drag the column away from the Group By Panel and then drop it.
